Live Marketing—an award-winning tradeshow engagement agency and WBENC-certified woman-owned business—and its client, Philips, were awarded a Silver Stevie Award in the Brand Experience of the Year category for B-to-B marketers.
The winning entry highlighted Philips event marketing campaign at RSNA (Radiology Society of North America) 2018, where immersive experiences and intriguing storytelling humanized the cutting-edge technology of Philips new product portfolio.
Judges were impressed by the campaign’s combination of high-tech experiences and live presentations to drive engagement and increase leads, calling the results “remarkable.” Philips generated dramatic year-over-year increases in leads, executive meetings, and VIP booth tours. The panel of judges commented that the exhibit experiences were both “an excellent example of storytelling and adding a human touch to bring a brand to life” and “a fun way to engage your audience.”
The exhibit and surround strategy emphasized Philips focus on integrated solutions for seamless care, designed to help health systems meet the quadruple aim of better outcomes, improved patient and staff experience and lower cost. Each area used live presentations and hands-on demos to immerse attendees in Philips solutions—from the patient perspective.
A tailored curriculum of presentations, featuring customers and thought leaders, attracted crowds in the PhilipsLive Forum. Among Live Marketing’s contributions was the implementation of the “Seamless Radiology Experience,” an interactive HoloLens activity to present six patient stories across the healthcare continuum. Attendees used a HoloLens headset to engage with holographic animations, images, and an embedded customer survey. After completing the experience, brand ambassadors directed attendees to specific radiology areas of interest inside the booth.
