London & Partners has announced that it is sponsoring the EIBTM Corporate Program, which this year focuses on how companies can change the outcomes of their meetings by being more creative. The hosted buyer program offers international and highly targeted professional education and is designed specifically for meeting planners from corporate organizations.
Now in its ninth year, the program presents the industry’s foremost speakers tackling key issues and providing senior level education to the 150 buyers expected to be in attendance on November 20. By exclusively sponsoring the EIBTM Corporate Program and exhibiting at the show, London & Partners aim to promote the city as a top business tourism destination, with a focus on corporate, incentive and association events.
“We are really pleased to be sponsoring the Corporate Program, which will be informative, inspirational and educational for all event planners from corporate organizations,” said Barbara Jamison, head of business development Europe, London & Partners. “We would say to all event planners to come and find a complete event solution on our stand at EIBTM. Rediscover London and see how much the city has to offer and let us make your meeting in London a huge success.”
London has shown that it can deliver events on an unprecedented scale, and a raft of new venues, accommodation and attractions have recently opened. EIBTM provides a platform to promote the new messages of London, namely, its diversity, innovation, value and the legacy of the Olympics.
This year at EIBTM, London & Partners will also be holding a series of sector breakfasts focusing on industries such as IT/tech, finance and pharma/life sciences. Delegates who work in these sectors, or have a specific interest in these sectors, can come along to the stand to network and find out more about why London is the perfect destination for events in these fields.
“We are delighted that London & Partners is sponsoring our Corporate Knowledge Program this year,” said Graeme Barnett, senior exhibition director, Reed Travel Exhibitions. “The program, which is now in its ninth year, was the first of its kind to offer highly targeted education designed specifically for meeting planners from corporate organizations.
“The theme this year will provide an insight into how corporates can change the outcomes of their meetings through implementing more creative meetings designs. This will be a truly inspirational education offering where planners can challenge the traditional meeting.”
London & Partners’ event solution team will be on stand B35 at EIBTM in Barcelona, Spain.
