The Louisville Convention & Visitors Bureau, a destination marketing organization that enhances the city and county economy of Louisville, Ky., through tourism development, has announced a promotion. Effective June 22, Keri Willard will become a sales manager in the Convention Development Department.
Willard will handle bookings for small meetings requiring 300 rooms or below on peak night. Her markets include Corporate, Social Welfare, Public Affairs, Agricultural, Fraternal, Religious, Family, Veteran and Military Reunions.
Before her promotion, Willard worked as a convention sales assistant in the Convention Development Department. Prior to joining the Bureau in 2006, she interned at both the Mayor’s Office for Community Relations and Events and Norton Healthcare.
Willard is a graduate of Bellarmine University.
