Louisville Convention and Visitors Bureau, which enhances its local economy through tourism development, promoted an employee to visitors service coordinator for Merchandising and Events at its Visitor Information Center (VIC).
Olivia Rohloff now oversees the Visitors Center Merchandise Program, assisting with initiatives of the Tourism Development Department as well as helping the visitor services manager with the day-to-day operations of the VIC.
Before being promoted to the new position, Rohloff worked as a part-time visitor services representative at the VIC since August 2013. Before coming to the Bureau, she worked at the Kentucky Science Center as an event representative.
Rohloff graduated from Sullivan University with an Associate of Science in Event Management and Tourism.
