Maritz Appoints Meenaz Diamond as Global General Manager for EMEA and APAC

St. Louis, MO — Maritz has announced that Meenaz Diamond has been named Global General Manager for EMEA and APAC. Meenaz brings a wealth of experience and a strong international network to the role. Her career includes leadership positions at renowned hotel brands such as Auberge Hotels Collection, Accor Hotels (Fairmont, Raffles), Starwood and Forte Hotels. She is recognized for her ability to establish and scale global sales operations, pioneer innovative commercial strategies, and lead high-performing international teams with deep customer relationships across the luxury travel and events sectors.

Meenaz is also deeply committed to social impact. She served for eight years as a trustee for Centrepoint, a leading UK charity focused on youth homelessness, contributing to governance and strategic fundraising efforts. Her dedication to community engagement continues through her role as VP Finance on the International SITE Board (Society of Incentive Travel Excellence) and as a mentor within SITE’s Women in Leadership (WIL) group.

Meenaz joins Ben Goedegebuure’e team that includes Eduardo Chaillo. Eduardo has served as Global General Manager for LATAM for many years, consistently delivering exceptional value through his deep understanding of the region and long-standing industry relationships. Together, Meenaz and Eduardo will guide Maritz’s global strategy for the Maritz Global Meetings Network, which continues to evolve as a powerful platform for delivering seamless, culturally responsive and locally informed meeting experiences across the globe.
