Eagle Management Group (“Eagle”) Michelle Kadow joins the Eagle team as our newest Customer Service Representative (CSR). As a CSR, Michelle will be responsible for supporting our operations team in Southern California. She will provide a point of contact for clients, as well as distribute information to help us attain the highest level of customer satisfaction, while supporting the City Manager and staff.
Prior to joining Eagle, Michelle was the Manager of Installations for Lowes for over 15 years. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. In her short time with Eagle, Michelle has proven to be an asset to our Southern California operations team. She is highly respected by the entire crew and brings a much needed helping hand to this very busy region. As a CSR, she is vital to offering consistent service to both external and internal clients nationwide.
