Leos was born and raised in Southern California. Twenty-one years ago, he started in the industry as a warehouse manager at Display Works in Irvine, California. Leos was presented an opportunity to advance his tradeshow career by taking on a new adventure with Solutions Rendered. Here he grew his career by taking on many roles. He started as a warehouse manager, then slowly took on roles as account manager, project manager, purchasing manager, traveling supervisor and estimator for just over 13 years. And now, Leo’s adventurous career path has led him to an amazing team, what he calls the Sho-Link Family.
“I started with Sho-Link as a traveling lead and now I am blessed with the amazing position of an estimator. Anything can be done when it’s done as a team!” says Leos.
His direct supervisor, Joe O’Reilly, director of field operations, has this to say: “Mike’s well-rounded experience in the industry covering all aspects of an exhibit’s planning, construction, utilization and consummation of all related services makes him a highly coveted asset for our estimating team.
