Mirror Show Management, a women-owned customer experience agency specializing in exhibits, events and environments turns 25 this year. Donna Shultz, MSM president, started the company in May of 1993. With humble beginnings—a single client, Kodak, and nothing but a hammer on a string as the company’s first doorbell—it is now one of the leading experience design agencies in the industry. Now managing trade show and event programs for Fortune 500 clients such as Cisco Systems, PepsiCo and Johnson & Johnson, a number of industry awards on the shelf, and a team that’s grown from three to 85 employees, MSM is celebrating its 25th anniversary in a big way.
Shultz attributes the company’s recent success to the dedicated team she employs, and the close-knit, creative culture that is thriving. So to celebrate the organization’s birthday and the accomplishments it has achieved, the 25th of each month all year is being commemorated by a special surprise. Whether it’s chocolate in the shape of twos and fives left atop employees’ desks by a secret elf, a 25-shaped donut wall for the company breakfast, or most recently, a super-sized, internally-lit “25” proudly on display outside the MSM office; the goal for each surprise is to celebrate the organization’s 25 years, its accomplishments and its great people.
“Next month, the employees are in for a huge surprise,” says Shultz, but employees will have to wait until April 25th to find out just what that is.
