Momentum Management Holds Bi-Annual Company-Wide Meeting in Georgia

Momentum Management, a premier labor services company in the U.S., held its first of two yearly meetings this past August in Alpharetta, Ga. “The focus of the August meeting was identifying ways we can continue to exceed expectations with our exhibit house customers,” says General Manager Rick Bellerjeau.

The meeting consisted of a sales conference, operations meetings, and breakout sessions which brought together all regions of the country. “Bringing both sales and operations together clearly galvanizes all parts of our company to work as one thought, helping us to think both strategically and tactically,” says Bellerjeau.

On a special note, Momentum also celebrated its 25th anniversary together as a company.   President and CEO Randy Bott says, “After recapping the tremendous journey we’ve had as a company, I felt it was important to express my deep sense of gratitude for not only the present employees but all the past employees we’ve had over the past 25 years that have made this company what it is today.”  Joining Randy in this celebration was his wife of 25 years, Vicki Bott, the company’s CFO.

In addition to the three days of meetings, the team enjoyed some rest and relaxation at Top Golf, Main Event and Little River Farms, all in Alpharetta, Ga. According to Bott, “These yearly meetings not only allow us to rejuvenate, but they give us the excitement and enthusiasm to charge into our busy fall schedule.”

Momentum will reconvene again in December to celebrate the year of growth and success and to prepare for 2018. “Our December meeting always allows us to not only reflect on the past 12 months but it gives us a chance to sit together as a company to plan and focus on how to continue to work on improving year over year,” says Bott.
