Momentum Management, a nationwide labor services company, introduced its new Atlanta city manager.
Doug Dorn will be responsible for managing customer service, operations and service delivery in Atlanta as well as surrounding southeastern states.
“Doug has already demonstrated the strong leadership that we require from our city managers across the country,” said Rick Bellerjeau, general manager, Momentum Management. “His background, having owned an exhibit house, perfectly reflects our strategy to be the No. 1 choice for exhibits houses looking for a labor partner. He has already proven that he is more than capable of building an operational team capable of delivering Momentum’s unique service delivery system.”
With almost 40 years of experience in customer service and operational team leadership, and 11 of those years being in the tradeshow industry, Dorn is more than qualified for the position.
“As a previous client of Momentum’s, I knew about all the good people that were part of the team and how great the labor teams are in general; however, what I didn’t know and have enjoyed being a part of, is the wonderful culture and environment that thrives within Momentum,” said Dorn. “Everybody is clearly focused on helping the entire organization improve every day. I can’t think of a company that is more dedicated to their exhibit house customers and building long-lasting partnerships, and I am thankful for the opportunity to be a part of it.”
Other responsibilities handled by Dorn include building and leading a strong operational team who communicates clearly, exceeds clients’ expectations and follows Momentum’s operational systems.
Momentum Management focuses on all aspects of labor services, including installation, dismantle and supervision for tradeshows and other events. Its mission is to become A New Approach to Labor Management Partnership.
