NatureXhibits to launch spectacular ‘Living Walls’
Nature Exhibits Inc. has developed a new technology that grows plants into living walls for use in tradeshow exhibits. NatureXhibits’ new vertical plant technology adds a spectacular eye-catching element that attracts crowds and leaves behind almost zero waste.
NatureXhibits can grow shapes and designs using the same fonts and colors used in company branding.
“We provide exhibitors the ability to replicate company logos in 3D using lush, oxygen-producing plants,” said Scott Hutcheon, president of NaturExhibits (www.naturexhibits.com). “Your tradeshow demonstration will not only appear green but you will truly be exhibiting in a sustainable way.”
The lightweight, soil-less design helps to resolve the environmental waste problem of the trade show industry and promotes an eco-friendly image for exhibitors. NatureXhibits’ Living Walls are easy to install and enable exhibitors to supplement traditional print displays with lush plants in vibrant colors and fine detail. Live plants also have an inherent quality to make your guests more relaxed in a comfortable, oxygen-rich environment.
NatureXhibits Living Walls can cover vertical surfaces, curves, three-dimensional objects, even ceilings and can integrate four-color print media to create gorgeous exhibits never seen at tradeshows before. The plants and soil-less growth medium can be replanted in a garden in the tradeshow aftermarket.
“NatureXhibits’ VEG wall (Vertical Exhibit Gardens) is easy to handle and with minimal coordination we were able to integrate it into a recent client’s exhibit,” said Max Ollendorff, of Czarnowski and Associates. “It’s a unique feature that helped to reinforce our client’s sustainability message. We’re already discussing another project.”
NatureXhibits will be at Booth #1012. For an appointment, please contact Scott Hutcheon at (949) 887-7738 or send e-mail to scott@naturexhibits.com.

Jakprints EcoGreen Stickers
Jakprints, a Cleveland-based full-color, apparel and sticker printer recently created the EcoGreen Sticker, a green alternative to traditional sticker stocks. The company had many options for paper stocks of recyclable content or organic apparel but realized that an earth-friendly sticker wasn’t available.
EcoGreen Stickers are printed on TruStick stock, a Jakprints innovation, which is manufactured without using water or toxic agents and has a face stock made entirely from inorganic stone such as limestone or calcium carbonate as well as inorganic mineral powders.
This Jakprints exclusive is the first energy efficient, pressure sensitive and acid-free stock on the market.
The sticker’s unique characteristics offer dynamic visual quality and are printed at 175 lines per inch, which produces better detail and a higher resolution than standard adhesive products. With fade-resistent vegetable-based inks this tree-free option is just as affordable as traditional stickers. Currently, Jakprints offers a free black liner print with every EcoGreen Sticker order.
EcoGreen Stickers can be used for a variety of projects and promotions including sticker sheets, mailing labels, packaging labels and more. These stickers are available in 30 different standard shapes ad sizes or in a variety of custom sizes.
In addition to EcoGreen Sticker, Jakprints uses environmentally-friendly printing processes across its business. In-house stock paper options include 30, 50 or 100 percent recycled content and all printing is done using vegetable-based inks and water-based coatings.
Additionally, bio-washes and bio-degradable cleaning chemicals are used on all Jakprints machines.
