“Kellie brings with her a combination of skills, a track record of customer satisfaction, proven sales capabilities and knowledge of the brand operating systems, all of which are tremendously important in this competitive hotel sales environment,” said Gerry Chase, president and chief operating officer, New Castle Hotels and Resorts. “I am confident that she will be very successful in reintroducing our newly expanded hotel to this growing market.”

Most recently, Greenleaf was director of sales for the Homewood Suites in Scarborough, Maine, where she was a nominee for 2012 director of sales of the year.

“This hotel is practically brand new and perfectly positioned for both business travelers who want proximity to the airport, and leisure travelers who want an attractively priced alternative to the more expensive waterfront hotels,” said Greenleaf.
