New sponsors announced for Red Diamond Congress

Red Diamond CongressThe Trade Show Exhibitors Association (TSEA) recently announced new sponsors for its upcoming Red Diamond Congress 2011 (RDC 2011). Zerista, an industry leader in mobile and social media platforms, will be providing comprehensive solutions to attendees. Also on board is Bizy, one of the world’s first online B2B buying communities, and the Chicago Convention & Tourism Bureau (CCTB).

“The caliber of our sponsors matches the caliber of the program and presenters for Red Diamond Congress,” said Margit B. Weisgal, president and CEO of the Chicago, IL-based TSEA.

Red Diamond Congress 2011 takes place July 31-August 3 at The Peabody Orlando in Orlando, Fla. The event will feature more than 60 seminars and general sessions devoted to the urgent issues that drive exhibit marketing today including: exhibitors’ need to increase the value they receive from tradeshows; their need to align corporate objectives with strategies and tactics and integrate tradeshows with other marketing efforts; and their need to define meaningful tradeshow metrics and communicate value-based outcomes to senior management.

New to TSEA’s Red Diamond Congress this year is Zerista, Inc’s social media suite for events and conferences. Its new and enhanced personal planning tool, myRDC2011, will allow registrants to maximize their time on site, keep track of their daily schedule, add new sessions or companies to their agendas and more. It will also maintain contact with the community in attendance before, during and after the Congress.

Bizy is one of the world’s first online group-buying platforms designed exclusively for business marketers and business buyers. Bizy enables B2B marketers of all sizes to introduce their products and services to thousands of small- and mid-size business buyers via targeted discounted deals and offers. In May, Bizy powered a successful deals program at the National Restaurant Association’s (NRA) annual tradeshow in Chicago, connecting nine NRA exhibitors with tens of thousands of show attendees.

The CCTB is the sales and marketing organization responsible for promoting Chicago as a global business and leisure destination. It works in partnership with more than 1,100 members including the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority, owner and operator of McCormick Place and Navy Pier, World Business Chicago and other related associations.
