NexxtShow, an exposition services contractor, has announced the success of their new customer lounge, which debuted at AudiologyNOW! 2012, held in Boston during the last week of March.
The NexxtShow customer lounge is geared towards the exhibitor and is the ideal platform for the team to deliver the highest concierge attention. The Personal Exhibitor Assistants (PEAs) greet exhibitors and answer any questions or needs. The space is very functional and purposeful, with defined entrance and separating columns that establish semi-private pockets of comfortable meeting spaces, with chairs and couches, lockers, charging stations, Xbox, movies and refreshments.
“The exhibitor lounge was designed to provide comfortable and convenient amenities,” said Dave Connor, chief customer officer, NexxtShow. “It’s a wonderful space to step away from the boisterous show floor, relax on a soft couch, eat snacks, drink water and recharge both your laptop and self. There is always something spirited happening in there, whether a team rally, pizza party, bingo game or karaoke. It’s a fun experience and a favorite spot to connect with our customers.”
“It was so unexpected that this venue was here, which is so comfortable and necessary,” said Peggy Hewitt, owner, Global Assistive Devices. “When you do a tradeshow at my age, you feel it. It’s nice to be able to come to a bright environment, have water and a snack and have smiling faces.”
