NexxtShow partners with American Academy of Audiology

NexxtShow brought a new level of customer service and technology to the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) event. The customer lounge was a location where the exhibitors could get away, relax and have a few snacks when they needed a break from the long hours at their booth. If they weren’t able to leave their booth, placards were placed throughout the venue with QR codes, so that exhibitors could text or email customer service and a NexxtShow representative would visit their booth within minutes to address any needs.

“The primary reason that we went with NexxtShow was because of the people. They are forward thinking and as a boutique company they are very customer focused and make sure every need is met,” said Cheryl Kreider Carey, executive director of AAA. “NexxtShow is unique because of the innovation that they bring to our show. Their service desk is disseminated throughout our exhibit hall so our exhibitors are treated hands on and every need is met. There is no need to seek out a service desk in the back of the hall. NexxtShow will come directly to their booth.

AudiologyNOW! took place March 28-31, 2012, in Boston, Mass., at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC). The event is the world’s largest gathering of audiologists. The event provides participants the opportunity to attend four days of educational sessions, explore the latest in hearing technology, and network with colleagues from around the world.

“In the 22 years of setting up tradeshows, I have seen thousands of cool innovative products and these are usually really amazing products, but they are almost always evolutionary in designs or application,” said John Szymczak, executive vice president, NexxtShow. “AudiologyNow is creating a forum where some revolutionary products and designs are coming together that will completely change their industry and possibly other industries.”
