Officials announced that Fern, a national provider of exhibition services, has acquired the business of NexxtShow, another provider of exhibition services, on June 3. NexxtShow will continue to operate as an independent company.
“Both Fern and NexxtShow are foremost focused on customer service and providing a personalized approach to meeting each customer’s business objectives,” said Aaron Bludworth, president and CEO, Fern. “In an industry where business models are forced on customers in the name of productivity or efficiency, both Fern and NexxtShow will continue to deliver customized services and client focused innovative solutions to the market.”
Combining resources of the two companies will enhance the offerings of both Fern and NexxtShow as they continue to deliver their services to clients through their unique business models. Though NexxtShow and Fern will continue to operate independently, NexxtShow customers and employees will benefit from the national resources of Fern while Fern’s customers will benefit from the innovations and strategic vision of NexxtShow.

Nexxtshow executives also expressed their satisfaction with the new partnership.

NexxtShow brings with it many innovations including its patented NexxtWall system, which is the first full-scale replacement for traditional pipe and drape booth dividers. Also offered are technology solutions providing simplified, mobile friendly, cloud-based systems for exhibitors and show organizers.
