Nimlok Chicago named among Best and Brightest Companies to Work For

Nimlok Chicago, a leading full-service tradeshow exhibit provider, has been named one of Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR). The award honors the top 101 Chicago-area organizations that display a commitment to excellence in human resource practices and employee enrichment.

The award came as a result of questionnaires completed by Nimlok Chicago’s human resources department and employees, which revealed high employee satisfaction in the areas of work-life balance, support of community initiatives, and strategic company performance compared to other leading Chicago area organizations.

The award was presented on July 10 at the 11th annual Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For Symposium and Awards Gala, which was accepted by Venable along with Marketing Manager Julia Poroshkova on behalf of Nimlok Chicago.

In determining the winning organizations, nine core focus areas were assessed: compensation, benefits and employee solutions; employee enrichment, engagement and retention; employee education and development; recruitment, selection and orientation; employee achievement and recognition; communication and shared vision; diversity and inclusion; work-life balance; community initiatives; and strategic company performance.
