With her extensive experience and customer-centric approach, Jackie will partner with the client-focused account team at NPARALLEL to continue to strategically support exceptional customer experiences.
Jackie Schneider brings more than 20 years of industry expertise and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships. She previously held key leadership roles, including Vice President of Marketing at Hearth & Home Technologies and Marvin. Jackie also brings valuable experience from her tenure at Kohler, where she was responsible for account management and the implementation of retail merchandising and customer experience strategies for the first Kohler Signature Store and many distributor-owned Kohler Premier Showrooms across the Midwest.
In her new role as a Director of Account Services, she will ensure clients receive a top-tier experience throughout their journey at NPARALLEL. Jackie will work closely with clients to understand their needs and collaborate with internal teams to enhance efficiency, aiming to deliver exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint. “My vision is to bring my expertise in marketing, account management, and human-centered design– knowing that the customer is the center of everything we do at NPARALLEL. I am thrilled to lead part of the Account Services team as NPARALLEL’s commitment to excellence aligns perfectly with my goals and experience,” says Schneider.
