PACK EXPO owner partners with Italian exhibition organizer

Ipack-Ima became the exclusive exhibition organizer in Italy for PACK EXPO tradeshows due to a new partnership between PMMI, owner and producer of PACK EXPO tradeshows, and Ipack-Ima SpA.

Pack Expo-logoIn place through 2015, the agreement applies to all PACK EXPO tradeshows: EXPO PACK México, PACK EXPO International, Pharma EXPO, which is produced with the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering, PACK EXPO East, EXPO PACK Guadalajara and PACK EXPO Las Vegas.

“We are very pleased to have their support and look forward to a mutually beneficial arrangement,” said Charles D. Yuska, president and CEO, PMMI. “In a global marketplace, having an international presence is essential. Ipack-Ima’s standing in the international packaging and processing community is exceptional, and it will help to grow our shows — especially our newest events, Pharma EXPO and PACK EXPO East.”

“We are excited to work with these world-class tradeshows and are especially looking forward to being a part of the Pharma EXPO and PACK EXPO East inaugural events. The relationship between PMMI and Ipack-Ima is now even stronger with this new, formal agreement,” said Guido Corbella, managing director, Ipack-Ima.

PMMI and ISPE expect a total 50,000 attendees and over 2,000 exhibiting companies at PACK EXPO International 2014 and the co-located Pharma EXPO (McCormick Place, Chicago; Nov. 2–5). Visit www.packexpo.com for more information on all of the upcoming PACK EXPO shows.
