In announcing its acquisition of Lambert Material Handling, Chicago area-based ARPAC continues to grow as an industry lead of packaging solutions.
Lambert is a long-time manufacturer of conventional palletizer. ARPAC, meanwhile, is an OEM integrator of end-of-line packaging solutions.
According to Gary Ehmka, vice president of sales and marketing, ARPAC, the company will grow strategically through this acquisition.
“We are very excited about this acquisition, which enhances what is indisputably the most complete end-of-line packaging solution in the industry, offering our customers a choice of either conventional or robotic palletizing as part of a completely integrated packaging line,” said Ehmka.
