PCMA Promotes Jennifer Kingen Kush to Vice President and Alison Milgram to Director of Events

The Professional Convention Management Association announce the promotions of Jennifer Kingen Kush to vice president and Alison Milgram to director of events. Kingen Kush will continue to retain her role as executive director of PCMA’s Digital Experience Institute and lead PCMA’s live streaming events; Milgram will oversee the event logistics for PCMA’s multiple events including, but not limited to, Convening Leaders, June conference, and Influencers Summit, in addition to working on securing future PCMA event locations and venues.

As leader of PCMA’s Digital Experience Institute, Kingen Kush (pictured right) ensures the organization delivers the latest research, trends, education and content to their audience of hybrid and digital event producers. She frequently speaks on the value of hybrid and digital events and consults with organizations seeking to amplify their reach and drive results by implementing these new strategic initiatives.

Kingen Kush has served in various integral roles with PCMA over the last 12 years including director of experience marketing – delivering PCMA’s digital events since their inception in 2010 and director of member relations. Prior to PCMA, she served as the director of strategic services with the Chicago Convention and Tourism Bureau (now Choose Chicago).

Milgram (pictured left) joined the PCMA Events team in 2014, where her lens was focused on elevating the organization’s food and beverage experiences, collaborating with the PCMA Education Foundation team on the Visionary Awards and managing the event logistics for the Global Professionals Conference. Alison began her career in the business events industry at SmithBucklin Corporation, followed by positions with several Chicago hotels. Prior to joining PCMA, she served as the associate director of events for the Conrad Chicago.
