The Professional Convention Management Association’s annual Convening Leaders conference will concentrating on shifting the focus of business events from crisis to recovery. As many have spent the last few months on Zoom calls and attending events and conferences via virtual platforms, it is no surprise that 2020 caused a new wave of tech innovation.
