In this role, Wickramasuriya leads destination management services, collaborating with community partners to curate exceptional attendee experiences and support clients through every step of the event planning process.

With more than two decades of industry expertise, Wickramasuriya brings a wealth of knowledge in destination design, meeting planning and client engagement. She previously worked as an independent meeting planner, as well as for HelmsBriscoe, specializing in site selection and hotel contracting. A graduate of the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Wickramasuriya earned her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 2011.
An active member of the Meeting Professionals International (MPI) Pittsburgh Chapter, Wickramasuriya stays connected to the evolving trends of the meetings and events community. She divides her time between Pittsburgh and Viera, Florida, where she lives with her husband, a commercial airline pilot, and their two golden doodles. A proud mom of three grown children, Wickramasuriya enjoys reading, traveling, appreciates fine wine, and exploring new destinations through culture and cuisine.
