RDS Productions, a New Orleans-based event management company for trade associations and corporate clients, named a vice president of sales.
In this role is Keith Levey, who is charged with strategic sales development.
“Keith is a seasoned industry professional who knows everything there is to know about the meetings industry. His proven ability to lead and cultivate strong customer relationships are valuable assets to our sales and marketing objectives. We welcome his addition to our sales team,” said Keith Ribbeck, president, RDS Concepts.
A seasoned sales professional with more than 30 years of hospitality industry experience, Levey served as national account manager and then director of sales at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center for 22 years. Previously, Levey honed his sales acumen at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans and the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel.
Levey served as president of Meetings Professional International (MPI) Gulf States Chapter and vice president on the board of the Hospitality Education and Networking Alliance (HENA). He is also a member of International Association of Exhibitions and Exhibits (IAEE), Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA), Society of Independent Show Organizers (SISO) and Trade Show Executives (TSE).
A Connecticut native, Levey fell in love with New Orleans in 1987, and he decided to make the Crescent City his home. He graduated from Ohio University.
