Lake Forest, IL – Sho-Link Incorporated, a premier installation and dismantle (I&D) service company headquartered in Lake Forest, IL, is proud to announce Steve Watson’s retirement and the appointment of David Bradley as the new Washington, D.C., Area City Manager.  Steve Watson states, “I wanted to take a moment and thank everyone that I’ve become friends with and at times leaned on over the years. During my 20 years in the industry, I at times would take what I observed and learn from it. As manager in the DC/Baltimore region, I learned that to be successful, I needed to surround myself with the best talent possible, both in carpentry skills and people skills. I look back over the years with fond memories of the work I did as an installer in Orlando and managing the D.C. area. I took a little bit of knowledge from every experience and brought it to my skill set as manager.”

“I’ve seen Steve since his days in Orlando when working for another I&D company. Anytime we needed anything, Steve was there to lend a helping hand. That trend continued when he assumed the position of city manager in Washington, D.C. for Sho-Link. One thing I always knew was that Steve would be there for anyone, no matter what the situation, and as a manager, that is invaluable. His dependability, reliability, and willingness to adapt to new ideas is something that will be greatly missed. I can only wish Steve and his family the best as he now takes on a new chapter in his life.”  Thank you for everything, Steve!” notes Rob West, Vice President of Operations.

“Stepping into this role is about building on experience, bringing proven leadership, strong teams, and a commitment to execution into a new environment. I’m looking forward to strengthening operations in D.C. and delivering the level of service our clients expect,” states David Bradley, Washington, D.C. City Manager.

“With many years of experience in the Tradeshow industry, Bradley has built a strong reputation for reliability, leadership, and operational knowledge.   He is known for his ability to solve problems in fast paced environments. His hands on approach, combined with industry insight, makes him a trusted partner in delivering successful events from start to finish. Welcome to the team, David!” explains Jerry Regep, Regional Operations Manager.

Rob West, Vice President of Operations, observes, “I’m excited to see the fresh ideas that David brings to the DC team. Having prior management experience, I’m absolutely positive that David will showcase his talents in a way that can only benefit his crew, our members and Sho-Link as a whole. It will be exciting to see what David can accomplish during his time with Sho-Link.”

At Sho-Link, our mission is rooted in building lasting relationships and delivering elite I&D labor services across the nation. As the only I&D cooperative in the industry, our legacy is one of collaboration, trust, and excellence.
