Sho-Link appoints national project manager

Sho-Link Inc., a nationwide I&D provider for designers and builders, announced the appointment of a national project manager on Aug. 24.

ECN 082015_POM_Sho-link_Nancy VireneIn her new position, Nancy Virene will be managing various projects nationally, including special programs and auto show assignments. Virene will utilize her knowledge of the industry and her ability to maximize Sho-Link’s potential to get high results for the clients.

Virene brings more than 25 years of experience in managing personnel and creating innovative approaches to exhibit and event management procedures to Sho-Link. “I’m very excited to be a part of such an innovative organization, with a great reputation in our industry,” Virene stated.

Colleen Johnson, vice president of business operations, Sho-Link, stated, “We are confident that Nancy will exemplify Sho-Link’s core values, and view her appointment as an indicator of our commitment to prioritize service above all else.”

Most recently, she served as national account & operations manager of the labor division for EWI Worldwide Inc. where she was responsible for managing client expectations and maximizing client budgets. She has managed exhibitors such as General Motors, Nesco, Subaru, and Ferring Pharmaceuticals.

Virene has worked with many of the unions in venues nationwide for tradeshows, auto shows, productions, and general contracting events. Additionally, she has served as a goodwill industry ambassador in her role organizing the Annual Chicago Randy Charity Golf Outing.
