Over the years, I’ve gained confidence and experience that have prepared me for this next chapter in management.” He continued, “I’m incredibly grateful to my Southern California and San Diego management team. Each of you has played a vital role in mentoring, training, and shaping me into the leader I am today. Your support and guidance mean the world to me. As I look ahead, I’m excited for what the future holds. I know I’m standing on a strong foundation, surrounded by an amazing team here in the SoCal/San Diego region and across the nationwide Sho-Link network.”

His sentiments are echoed by his colleagues, who have witnessed his growth firsthand.
