Sho-Link Inc. names new Las Vegas show foreman and floor coordinator

ron-hueringSho-Link Incorporated has named a new Las Vegas Show Foreman and Show Floor Coordinator. Sho-Link, founded in 1993, is a national event services company that specializes in skilled labor.


Ron Heuring, the new Las Vegas Show Foreman, was a Chicago union carpenter with Freeman and GES. He spent the next 10 years working in Chicago until he moved his family to Las Vegas in 2003. He began working as a leadman, and was then promoted in 2005 to Show Foreman. Ron joined Sho-Link in September 2010 as Show Foreman. Ron assists Bill Redman with the Las Vegas operations and show floor management.

“After working with Ron at CES, his first major show with Sho-Link, I was very impressed with his ability to make tough decisions and handle himself in a professional manner,” said Rob West, Regional Operations Manager. “He is going to be a great asset to the Sho-Link Las Vegas team.”

Sho-Link has also announced the appointment of Lauren Benton to the role of Las Vegas Show Floor Coordinator. Lauren Benton, a lifelong resident of Las Vegas, started out with Sho-Link in August of 2007. She began as a Time Keeper at show site and was promoted to Administrative Assistant in November of 2008. In September of 2010, Lauren was again promoted, this time to Show Floor Coordinator. Her new duties include payroll, invoicing, processing orders and assisting with labor calls.

“Lauren has extensive show floor knowledge which is a plus with her administrative responsibilities,” said Scott Rudel, Vice President.
