VenueShield’s health and safety protocols at Shreveport Convention Center include:

Hosting virtual site visits and event planning meetings when possible

Requiring ASM global staff and meeting attendees to wear face masks

Signage and floor decals directing social distancing

Placing hand sanitizing stations throughout the facility

Advance online, mobile, email and text communication to all staff and guests

Directing guests to enter through doors that are either propped open, are automated, manually operated by an employee, or in the absence of those, will have hand sanitizer available

Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting the meeting space and all high-touch point surfaces including door handles, furnishings, food and beverage areas, restrooms, etc. during the event

Self-serve buffets will not be available

Requiring all employees to have a temperature check and complete a health screening questionnaire upon arrival to the facility
