Preparing for the busy fall tradeshow season, Skyline Orange County will host a free tradeshow marketing seminar series on July 24 from 9 a.m. until noon. The focus of the two scheduled seminars is designing your exhibit as a marketing tool and getting the right people into your tradeshow booth.
“In the early 1980s, we recognized the importance of training and education to ensure tradeshow marketing success beyond the exhibit booth. I used to receive phone calls from marketing managers asking for help with their exhibits all the time,” said Linda-Marie Martinez, marketing consultant, Skyline Orange County. “Over the years, thousands have attended our free seminars and benefited from increased ROI and ROO.”
The first seminar scheduled, designing your exhibit as a marketing tool, is designed to help attendees ensure their message reaches targeted customers and prospects while getting more out of their budgets by knowing how to make their exhibits more productive. A free workbook entailing how to design exhibits as marketing tools will be provided to those attending the free morning seminar.
On average, people attending tradeshows visit only about 5 percent of available exhibits and usually decide beforehand which booths they will visit, the second seminar will address tradeshow promotions and how to get key decision-makers to come and visit your booth. The seminar will discuss three critical questions exhibitors must address before choosing how to promote their tradeshow booths, address eight common errors made by exhibitors and provide dozens of tips on promoting individual exhibits before and during tradeshows.
