Sandton Convention Center – Johannesburg, South Africa
The Sandton Convention Center, located in Johannesburg, South Africa, is a 12-story building that holds over 236,000 square feet of meeting and exhibit space. Thanks to the large size of the venue, many events can be held simultaneously, making the venue an ideal and versatile destination.
Up to 10,000 delegates or attendees can be accommodated at any given time. Meeting room capacities range from 10 seats to 4,500. The two large exhibition levels have a combined show floor space of 107,000 square feet.
Among the amenities at the Sandton Convention Center is a vast culinary team, capable of creating everything from a sushi banquet to a traditional African feast. Meals can be served to up to 2,000 guests in as little as 12 minutes.
Cairo International Conference Center – Cairo, Egypt
The Cairo International Convention Center, (CICC) which features an exhibition complex, is located in Cairo, Egypt. The exhibition complex is connected to the convention center’s main building, but also boasts a separate entrance for exhibitors and organizers.
The complex’s overall floor area comprises of 86,000 square feet of exhibit space. The exhibit space also features electricity, water and drainage provided by the convention center.
As an added amenity, the Exhibition Complex features offices that can be used by show organizers, as well as a large meeting room for up to 120 people. Overall, the CICC has a total of over 160,000 square feet of exhibit space.
Gallagher Convention Center, Midrand, South Africa
The Gallagher Convention Center, located between Pretoria and Johannesburg in South Africa, sits on a 74-acre property. Attendees at the Gallagher Convention Center are able to enjoy several gardens as well as a koi desk and a Wine Garden restaurant.
The Center is able to accommodate up to 12,000 visitors. There are 12 versatile conference rooms, as well as a ballroom and an auditorium. As for exhibition space, there are five ground floor exhibition venues, offering approximately 270,000 square feet of exhibit space.

CSIR International Convention Center, Gauteng, South Africa
The CSIR International Convention Center has several different auditoriums and conference rooms to accommodate up to 450 people. In parallel sessions, up to 700 attendees can be accommodated.
Two large auditoriums at the CSIR International Convention Center can hold up to 1,000 people. There are also several exhibition halls throughout the venue.
Amenities at the Center include a business center with banking facilities, state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment and experienced teams to help any tradeshow or meeting go smoothly. The team at CSIR are able to arrange transportation, laser shows, themed evenings and custom-made décor.
