SPARGO Selected by AACC, ASRM & ATA

The American Association for Clinical Chemistry has appointed SPARGO, Inc. as their meeting management services partner. SPARGO is set to provide its full suite of meeting management services for the AACC Annual Scientific Meeting featuring more than 300 lectures, plenary sessions, scientific sessions and roundtables. This expands SPARGO’s existing role with the organization that includes the sale and management of exhibit space and sponsorships, and the management of attendee and exhibitor housing for the annual scientific meeting. SPARGO will also provide support for other educational programs produced by the association, including meeting management services and exhibit and sponsorship sales for AACC Middle East, taking place in Dubai in October 2019.

Also, as of this month, SPARGO, Inc. assumes responsibility for the management of the ASRM Annual Scientific Congress and Exposition. In this role SPARGO will provide meeting management services, logistical support, exposition space and exhibitor marketing opportunity sales, and management of exposition operations.

The Annual Scientific Congress, which has seen steady growth in attendance and exhibitor participation, brings together scientists from around the world to discuss the advancement of the science and practice of reproductive medicine. The Society accomplishes its mission through the pursuit of excellence in education and research and through advocacy on behalf of patients, physicians, and affiliated health care providers. The Society is committed to facilitating and sponsoring educational activities for the lay public and continuing medical education activities for professionals who are engaged in the practice of and research in reproductive medicine.

SPARGO, Inc. has also been appointed as the meeting management firm for ATA19 by the American Telemedicine Association (ATA). ATA19 will be held April 14-16, 2019 in New Orleans, LA. The ATA19 Conference and Exposition will explore the evolution and changes ahead that will transform the delivery of health care services. An unprecedented wave of new modalities, applications, and technologies are being unleashed into the marketplace that will redefine the consumer experience including the rapidly increasing demand for virtual care services.

The American Society for Reproductive Medicine was founded by a small group of fertility experts who met in Chicago in 1944. Distinguished members of ASRM have led the development of the field of reproductive medicine.
