Steelhead Production Launches Worker Wellness Program

As companies look to create more attractive workplaces for their employees, one Las Vegas firm has announced the launch of an innovative workplace wellness program to serve its employees’ wellness needs.

Steelhead Production’s Exhibit Healthy program delivers a holistic portfolio of lifestyle educational, coaching and consultation services with the goal of providing a healthier and more engaged and vibrant workforce.

Steelhead Productions announced the launch of its Exhibit Healthy extension program in December with the creation of the company’s seven-member wellness board of advisers, with each member focusing on delivering programming in a specific area of wellness. The program kicked off on Jan. 9 and will continue throughout the first three quarters of the year, offering weekly and quarterly learning opportunities and activities to Steelhead employees.

Steelhead has assembled a notable wellness board of advisers to spearhead the Exhibit Healthy workplace program, including:

Amy Hall, Body Care: Amy Hall boasts over 20 years of experience in massage therapy, emphasizing on medical issues that may require specialized care, as well as stress reduction and relaxation. Hall is well-versed in both eastern and western practices and takes a multi-modal approach to massage to deliver the best experience for clients.

Lisa Chastain, Financial Health: Lisa Chastain owns Millennial Consulting, which inspires women to take control of their money, live purposefully, and love their lives. Chastain also has authored the #1 Best Selling Book, Girl, Get Your $hit Together. She has recently been seen on CNBC, NBC News, and MSN Money, and has been featured in O–The Oprah Magazine, Fortune, and Entrepreneur. Lisa has also been named one of Las Vegas Woman Magazine’s people to watch.

Paul Benedict, Meditation/Stress Management: Paul Benedict teaches classes on meditation and spiritual growth across the globe. He co-wrote the 2012 book Ancient Wisdom for a New Age: A Practical Guide for Spiritual Growth and has started work on his second book. Since 2008, Benedict has practiced physical yoga and founded his own studio in 2011. Benedict focuses on applying New Age teachings in both his yoga practice and real estate business.

Paul Tijerina, Men’s Wellness: Paul Tijerina is a holistic nutritional therapy practitioner, certified health coach, and certified personal trainer. His additional accolades include U.S Military Academy West Point graduate, Army master fitness trainer and neuro-linguistic programming master practitioner. Tijerina teaches clients how to eat real food, sleep, meditate, and re-connect with the lives they were meant to live through education, experience and support.

Lauren Vogel Freedman, Mindset & Emotional Care: Lauren Vogel Freedman is a behavior specialist, certified life coach and summer camp director. She helps others identify their passions and set realistic and attainable goals. Freedman has been in private practice for nearly 20 years with clients of all ages and in all types of programs, focusing on honesty and accountability.

Stacy Horn, Nutrition: Throughout her career, chef Stacy Horn has traveled the world and has worked across Las Vegas as a savory and pastry chef, a food stylist, a chef instructor and an events manager. Horn currently lives in Southern California and is an adjunct instructor for pastry and French cuisine at Saddleback College in Mission Viejo. She is the owner and founder for Feed Your Soul, which offers unique events to enrich lives and bellies through soulful and food-focused experiences.

Melissa Blynn, Women’s Wellness: Melissa Blynn is the founder of EpicLuv, a brand designed to create opportunities and platforms to motivate, inspire, and encourage people to take accountability for their lives. Blynn’s background in nutrition and physical fitness drives her work with her clients and helps her educate others about health and wellness, prevention, emotional intelligence, and cultivating self-management.
