Louisiana-based Synergy Design Group acquires Imagen, LLC, Expanding Trade Show Capabilities in the American Heartland
Synergy’s growth enhances design-build capabilities in the Nashville area, allowing for faster service to more than 13,000 annual trade shows in the United States.
NEW ORLEANS – Synergy Design Group, a Louisiana-based exhibit design company for trade shows and branded interiors, announces the acquisition of Imagen, LLC, a leader in the corporate interior design and exhibition space based in La Vergne, Tennessee. This is the latest move in the company’s business and growth strategy, fueling its status as one of the fastest-growing companies in the trade show industry.
This acquisition aligns with Synergy Design Group’s mission of providing turnkey, stress-free solutions for its global clientele. It will more than double Synergy Design Group’s personnel, enhance its millwork and build capabilities, and expand its logistics footprint from the greater Nashville area. These enhancements will result in increased capacity and a more comprehensive range of design options for clients, further solidifying Synergy’s commitment to their success.
For over 30 years, Imagen has been a leader in the design and exhibition space, and known for its experienced fabricators and custom interiors work. The combined expertise of both organizations will result in an unparalleled class of branded interior, museum exhibit, and custom trade show exhibit production, ensuring seamless integration and a continued commitment to excellence.
