UFI, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, has announced that the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau extended its UFI Diamond sponsorship agreement for an additional three years until the end of 2021. TCEB became the first UFI Diamond sponsor in 2012 and this agreement will mean TCEB will complete 10 years as a top-tier supporter of UFI.

“TCEB values partnership as a key mechanism in elevating the industry to another height,” says Nichapa Yoswee, senior vice president of business for TCEB. “Extending our partnership with UFI has, thus, become one of our priorities as it serves as a platform for us to maximize the connection for Thai organizers to expand their business opportunities, strengthen their professional standards and to collaborate with UFI in building a sustainable growth for the industry.”

Kai Hattendorf, CEO and managing director of UFI, adds: “We are very pleased with this news and grateful to TCEB who has been one of the original UFI Diamond sponsors since UFI launched this initiative in 2012. This program has enabled UFI to take on, develop and promote new activities, education, events and services. We thank TCEB for their support and look forward to continuing our close cooperation over the coming years.”

The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, UFI is the leading global association of the world’s tradeshow organizers and exhibition center operators, as well as the major national and international exhibition associations, and selected partners of the exhibition industry. UFI’s main goal is to represent, promote and support the business interests of its members and the exhibition industry. For more info, visit
