Tom Bowman, founder and chairman of Bowman Design Group, will deliver marketing sessions at two conferences: Healthcare Convention & Exhibitors Association (HCEA) annual meeting and the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) World Conference.
Both sessions will show marketing professionals how to engage customers with their brands to build customer loyalty.
HCEA will be held June 22-25 at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas, and the IABC World Conference will be held June 23-26 at the downtown Hilton in New York City.
In his HCEA session “Successful Brand Engagement: Creating Marketing Messages to Influence Customer Behavior,” Bowman will show healthcare marketers how to apply the principles of social science to develop effective exhibit marketing programs.
According to Bowman, an overarching brand strategy is easily overlooked or lost among the practical demands of running a tradeshow program. “Influencing customers isn’t always about being bigger or louder; it’s about understanding your audience and creating a brand experience that drives brand loyalty,” he added.
Presenting “Communicating Your Green Success: Show and Tell in the Marketplace” in his IABC session, Bowman will discuss building an authentic green business plan and using the results to engage customers.
“Consumers are eager to reward companies that are taking action to address climate change. By developing honest, transparent marketing communications around the success of their green initiatives, companies can build brand loyalty,” said Bowman.
