Twelve show organizer and association executives came together with the Tradeshow Logic team for a full day exchange of ideas facilitated by Sam Lippman, president of Integrated Show Management & Marketing. Session participants shared knowledge and debated solutions for overcoming challenges, building revenue, containing costs, and enhancing both attendee and exhibitor experiences.
Lois Schoenbrun, executive director of the American Academy of Optometry says one of her key challenges relates to how online education might integrate with and impact AAO’s meeting.
“What I learned via the other convention and meeting managers’ experiences has provided valuable data and insights that will help AAO frame its decision making process,” said Schoenbrun.
“Our clients are innovators who actively pursue new approaches to keep their shows relevant and valuable to attendees, sponsors and exhibitors,” said B.J. Enright. “They walk away from our Peer-to-Peer sessions motivated, invigorated and full of new ideas they can implement.”
