TradeShow Teacher launches ‘TST CARES’ to honor employees’ good deeds

South Florida-based consulting firm TradeShow Teacher (TST) is celebrating the “inspired contributions to good causes” done by its members through its new “TST CARES” initiative.

In October, the TST CARES campaign was launched with a company newsletter featuring TST marketing director Jennifer Roberts’ commitment to helping animals through her long-term volunteerism at the local Humane Society. Periodically, staff members taking part in such altruistic acts are featured in the firm’s monthly newsletter with a corresponding link to the organization being helped.

November is National Adoption Month, and Linda Musgrove, president and founder of TradeShow Teacher, and her husband, Ralph, took an active role by welcoming

“The blended, expanded family is the new normal,” said Musgrove. “While there are a lot of personalities and a lot of opinions, there’s also a lot of fun.”

The Musgroves are also known for generously providing entry-level employment opportunities to qualified candidates who might be “starting over” after overcoming adversity or personal challenges.

“We have faith in the inner good of people. We believe in second chances and that life happens,” said Musgrove. “If you are able to pull yourself up and dust yourself off, success is always an option. Sometimes, all that people need is a little encouragement, support and opportunity.”
