U.S. Army reservist steps into VP role at Derse

Derse, a complete face-to-face marketing agency, announced a new addition to its corporate team. Colleen Chianese has joined the company as the vice president, corporate operations. Chianese will oversee Event Management, Contract Compliance, International and Corporate Training departments.

ECN 072015_POM_Derse_Colleen Chianese“Colleen’s diverse, relevant experience will serve her well as she oversees some of Derse’s most important initiatives,” said Brett Haney, executive vice president, Derse. “She has the knowledge and skill set necessary to ensure flawless execution for internal- and client-facing projects.”

Chianese comes to Derse with seven years of operations/project management experience. Most recently, she was the general manager for the Intel Account at DCI-Artform. In this role, Chianese was responsible for the strategic development and growth of the Intel account, as well as managing the product development of the company’s digital product offerings.

Before becoming the general manager, Chianese held other roles at DCI-Artform, including operations manager, manager of the project management office and project manager. Chianese also currently serves in the U.S. Army Reserves, holding the title of major.

Chianese has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan.
