UFI’s Female Leadership Group Meeting April 29

UFI logoIn March, UFI launched their Female Leadership Special Interest Group, which focuses on empowering women in the exhibition industry. The group’s first meeting will be held on April 29 at 9 a.m. EDT, and it is open to both men and women.

Gender equality is in everyone’s interest because inclusivity is not only about meeting the immediate economic needs of women, but it also lays out a long-term strategy for creating stronger systems and companies that reflect the experiences and contributions of women in the workforce and in society. It is also good for business. Diverse thinking is crucial for a company’s success. People from different genders and cultural backgrounds bring to the table new points of view, outside-the-box thinking and economic benefits.

Joining this group benefits anyone who wants to:

  • empower women and be empowered,
  • get access to new skills, inspiration and resources to help you advance your career,
  • build confidence,
  • create new opportunities and collaborations,
  • and share experiences.
