Valley Expo & Displays has acquired Events Exposition Service, which is a tradeshow general service contractor founded in 1995 and based in East Dundee, Ill.
Valley Expo will fully integrate Events Exposition Services by consolidating staff, operations and equipment into its Rockford, Ill., headquarters. The brand will continue to be used for a period of time but gradually will be transitioned fully into the singular Valley Expo brand.

Valley provides its national client base with solutions and services for exhibits, expositions, corporate events, custom interiors and graphics. Valley entered its 40th year of business in 2012.
