New Hires:

Rhett Miller, Director of Marketing Services
With a background in video production and multimedia storytelling, Rhett Miller looks forward to contributing to the dynamic and creative energy of the organization as the Director of Marketing Services. Most recently, Miller led video and multimedia initiatives for Middle Tennessee Electric in Nashville, the nation’s second-largest electric cooperative. Prior to that role, he co-founded and operated Miller Audio Visual, Inc., a full-service video and audio-visual production company he grew over more than a decade. He holds a degree in communication with a minor in leadership and management from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. He is excited to merge his passion for storytelling, video production and multimedia integration with Visit Panama City Beach’s mission to elevate the destination as a premier travel experience.

Erin Graham, Artificial Reef Coordinator and Coastal Resources Manager
Visit Panama City Beach welcomes Erin Graham as its new Artificial Reef Coordinator and Coastal Resources Manager. Graham joins the organization with extensive experience in saltwater fisheries management and artificial reef program leadership, most recently serving as the Artificial Reef Coordinator for Baldwin County, Ala., where she oversaw material inspections, float plans and compliance with state and federal reefing guidelines. She also led Alabama’s Marine Recreational Information Program (MRIP), managing data quality, staff training, grant administration and stakeholder outreach. Earlier in her career, Graham worked offshore as a field biologist with Alabama Marine Resources, contributing to research efforts including tag-recapture studies, barotrauma projects and SEAMAP surveys assessing the abundance and distribution of Gulf species. Her background in applied science, regulatory compliance and coastal resource stewardship—and her passion for time spent on the water—positions her to support Bay County’s growing artificial reef system and long-term marine sustainability initiatives.
