Willwork is taking a major step forward in solidifying a Las Vegas presence that will underscore its business plan for growth in the Vegas market.
Joining the team are Adam Thompson, Laurie Saxton and Tory Turner hired as Las Vegas City Manager, Customer Service Representative/Office Manager and Assistant City Manager, respectfully.
Thompson is a 17-year veteran who started his career as a Las Vegas Teamster working for the general contractors. A couple of years later, he started working in the I&D segment of the industry. A natural combination of technical ability, customer service and leadership propelled Thompson through the ranks to various management positions. His experience as a Project Manager/Supervisor/Show Foreman honed his management skills and helped him to absorb a great deal of general contractor knowledge. He is a well-respected entity on the Vegas show floors, and has already impacted and impressed Willwork through his dedication and work ethic.
Laurie Saxton is also an industry veteran. In her previous position, she was responsible for all Show Site operations from A to Z for the some of the city’s largest shows. In addition, Saxton has experience with A/V and Production. Her sense of organization, detail and customer service is of the highest level, and she is a most welcome addition to the Vegas team.
Tory Turner has been in the industry for close to 10 years. Working through the ranks from Labor Services Supervisor to Operations Manager to Market Manager, Turner has a very hands-on approach to management. His dedication to recruiting and training exceptional personnel for all clients fits well with Willwork’s dedication to quality and consistency.
The hiring of these three team members fits in perfectly with Willwork’s ongoing development of the Vegas business plan that includes increased involvement in corporate events, tradeshows and conferences, as well as additional business in the I&D field.
