Hill & Partners’ team of branded environment specialists welcomed Misfit, a wearable and smart home technology manufacturer, to its client roster of industry leaders. In its role, Hill & Partners created an innovative exhibit booth to display the company’s products at the annual International CES held at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Misfit announced several products at the consumer electronics and technology tradeshow including its Swarovski Shine Collection and Misfit Bolt light bulb as well as the Shine and Flash Fitness and Sleep Monitors and Misfit Beddit Sleep System.
“CES continues to set the standard for tradeshows in the consumer electronics industry and it was a great place to begin our working relationship with Misfit,” said Michael McMahon, president, Hill & Partners.
The exhibit house collaborated with the Misfit Industrial Designer Ryan Geraghty to design and execute on the company’s vision of a distinctive booth that highlighted Misfit’s wide range of products but was integrated and consistent across its brand.
As part of the project, Hill & Partners was tasked with specifically highlighting Misfit’s partnership with luxury fashion and jewelry brand Swarovski. The Swarovski Shine Collection reinterprets iconic Swarovski jewelry and introduces brand-new designs, all incorporating Swarovski’s signature crystal and Misfit’s wireless activity and sleep tracking technology.
Misfit’s 2015 CES booth consisted of two 20×20 cross-aisle exhibits uniting in architecture to appear as one cohesive structure on the show floor. The white, monochromatic aesthetic allowed for pops of color and products to be highlighted throughout the space. Overhead was a monolithic structure that defined the space from the raised platform floor to a 20’ height above.
The corners of each 20×20 exhibit created unique showcase areas with embedded custom display cases to highlight both Misfit products and its partnering brands. Misfit’s booth contained four separate feature areas; including a bedroom area to represent the sleep tracking aspect of their products, and various presentation areas utilized to demonstrate and explain the technology.
International CES kicked off a busy 2015 schedule for the Massachusetts-based branded environment specialists with 105 and counting active exhibit, interior and event projects over the next 12 months.
