3D Exhibits earned a spot on the Chicago Tribune’s list of the “Top 100 Workplaces” for 2013.
Judging was based on information gathered through employee surveys conducted by Workplace Dynamics. Qualities measured included company leadership, communication, career opportunities, working environment, managerial skills, pay and benefits. The recognition coincides with a period of expansion for 3D Exhibits, which will finish 2013 with a 10 percent growth in revenue versus 2012.
Gene Faut, president, 3D Exhibits, said this is one of the best honors that 3D Exhibits has ever received because judging is based on employee feedback.
“We work hard to make working at 3D Exhibits fun and fulfilling,” said Faut. “We can only grow if we continue to attract and keep the best people.”
The announcement was made on Nov. 12 when the Chicago Tribune published the complete results of the competition in its “Top Workplaces” magazine.
