Fourteen Global Spectrum-managed facilities supported Lee Denim Day by dressing down and wearing jeans on Oct. 2. Global Spectrum Charities will collect a $5 donation from all employees who elect to wear jeans on that day and then make a contribution on behalf of the company to Lee Denim Day.
Facilities that participated in the event included the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach, Fla.; the The Ryan Center in Kingston, R.I.; Greater Richmond Convention Center in Richmond, Va.; the Comcast Arena in Everett, Wash.; the Sovereign Bank Arena in Trenton, N.J.; the Ted Constant Convocation Center in Norfolk, Va.; The Mountain Winery in Saratoga, Calif.; the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami Beach, Fla.; The Santa Ana Star Center in Rio Rancho, N.M.; the Memphis Redbirds at AutoZone Park in Memphis, Tenn.; the Richard M. Borchard Regional Fairgrounds in Nueces County, Texas; the BankUnited Center in Coral Gables, Fla.; the Augusta Entertainment Complex in Augusta, Ga.; and the Colonial Life Arena in Columbia, S.C.
Net proceeds from Lee National Denim Day benefited the Women’s Cancer Programs of the Entertainment Industry Foundation.
