Sam Lippman, president of Integrated Show Management & Marketing and producer of the Exhibition & Convention Executives Forum (ECEF), has announced that Visit Orlando will be the exclusive city sponsor of the March and June 2012 Attendee Acquisition Roundtable (AAR) events.
AAR is an invitation-only workshop for convention and exhibition marketing professionals. AAR, limited to 20 event marketers, share the latest tactics, technologies and best practices for effective attendance promotion, acquisition and retention. Other AAR sponsors include: CompuSystems, ds+f, Jacobs Jenner & Kent and Trade Show Executive.

All AAR participants must qualify to attend, and no more than two participants per organization may attend. If approved, the first participant from each organization will be charged $325. The second participant from each organization will be charged $195.
