metroConnections Inc., a conference, event, production and transportation services firm, has announced several promotions.
The following team members have accepted new roles and responsibilities within the firm:
· Rachel Barrett was promoted to technology solutions designer. She has been with the firm since 2008 and previously served as the mobile technologies lead. In her new role, she will be responsible for the management of the team of Attend-eSource designers, the training process and schedule for expedite clients and designing solutions using Attend-eSource technologies.
· Amy Jesse was promoted to senior program coordinator, conference & meetings. An employee since 2008, she has served on the Registration Team and Conference & Meetings team as program coordinator.
· Amanda Sommers was promoted to assistant registration manager. A member of the team since 2010, she started with the Registration Team. In her new role, she will be responsible for assisting the Support Services Team with reports training/efficiency, training team members and various administrative duties.
According to David Graves, president of metroConnections, these promotions are a continued reflection of the firm’s growth in terms of business and scope.
