Convention Data Services (CDS) has expanded lead retrieval to outside of the booth with the launch of CDS XPressConnect and CDS XPressConnect Plus. XPressConnect, an enhanced lead retrieval app, and XPressConnect Plus, a handheld device that combines the powerful lead retrieval app with a rugged smartphone, offer exhibitors a way to capture, qualify, track and follow-up on their leads.
“XPressConnect and Connect Plus take lead retrieval to the next level by offering new features that put the focus on connecting exhibitors and attendees in more productive and meaningful ways,” said David Lawton, executive vice president, sales and marketing, Convention Data Services. “These new products offer multiple tools to improve the follow-up process for exhibitors.”
This all-inclusive mobile application for both the Apple and Android operating systems uses a Wi-Fi or cell phone connection. The app works in real-time online mode or stores leads locally in offline mode when there is limited or no connectivity.
Features of the XPressConnect app solution is that it leads uploaded in real-time to the XPressLeads website, searches and sorts leads list, offers the ability to add notes, qualify leads and conduct surveys, includes instant email follow-up and offers the ability to set appointments with prospects.
The XPressConnect Plus handheld device runs the new XPressConnect, which provides exhibitors with the complete solutions and functionality of the app.
CDS XPressConnect and CDS XPressConnect Plus have been successfully tested at multiple clients’ events.
