Sho-Link, Inc., proudly announces the promotion of Jean Keefe (pictured above) to senior relationship manager. In her new role, Keefe cultivates new and maintains existing relationships focusing on the education of Sho-Link capabilities, networking, and delivering consistently great customer experiences. She conducts business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with Sho-Link’s services and implements measures to improve their experience. As a key communicator she updates senior management and managers of changes within the Sho-Link membership. Facilitating the fulfillment of their core values, she provides guidance in developing and using collaborative relationships as well as engaging in team development of marketing and public relations initiatives to expand the Sho-Link brand.
Keefe joined Sho-Link in 2003 as an executive assistant. In 2007 she was promoted to office manager, and in 2011 Keefe’s primary focus changed to sales and marketing.
